It’s astonishing how they pull off such masterpieces with such a small kitchen. Just from reading their menu, it is evident they’re incredibly serious and passionate about seafood. All of which, is well backed up by the preparation, and plating of each dish. Each dish looks like a piece of art and the flavours are never heavy, allowing the natural flavours of the main ingredient to shine through. We recently visited @ragazziwinepasta in Wynyard and were really impressed by their pastas 🤤 One of the highlights of dining at @ragazziwinepasta is their ever-changing menu. The first dish we had was conchiglie with blue swimmer crab, chili, and capers, which was AMAZING. The seafood flavour was so addicting and left us craving for more. 🍝😍 The second dish, trottole with pork and fennel sausage and kale, had a very unique taste and was one of the dishes they had since they started the restaurant. Lastly, we had their signature, spaghetti cacio e pepe, which had a great cheesy flavour however we preferred the other pastas 😆 Although the portions were on the smaller side, each dish packed a punch in terms of taste. The average cost per person was around $33, making it a great choice for a memorable dining experience! Luckily we were able to walk-in around 6:00 pm and took the last table outside!
